Coating Plating "Room Temperature Zinc Plating ZRC Method" *Plating possible regardless of component shape

Galvanizing separation construction and galvanizing welding parts are possible! A room temperature zinc plating method that protects steel frames from rust, regardless of member shape or plate thickness!

The coating method "Room Temperature Zinc Coating ZRC Method" is a technique to protect building materials, such as large structures and thin sheet products, that cannot undergo hot-dip galvanizing from rust. This product uses a "room temperature zinc coating agent" that provides rust prevention effects equivalent to hot-dip galvanizing. It is a one-component liquid mixture containing 95% high-purity, special resin, and high-concentration zinc by weight. The dried film serves as a protective coating that prevents iron corrosion. 【Features】 - 95% zinc content effectiveness - Rust prevention principle is the same sacrificial anode action as hot-dip galvanizing - Repairing the zinc layer is easy, similar to painting - By choosing the topcoat, color planning is flexible Since its development in 1952 through joint research between NORFOLK CORPORATION, the parent company of Z.R.C. Worldwide, and the U.S. Navy, it has been used not only in the United States but also in various countries around the world. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

【Features of Z.R.C.】The secret of its super rust prevention power.

A membrane mechanism not found in general-purpose products! It establishes an excellent coating of room temperature zinc plating Z.R.C.

The coating of room temperature zinc plating Z.R.C. contains small high-grade zinc particles that are surrounded and supported by larger high-grade zinc particles, creating a structure. This internal mechanism, which is not found in general-purpose products, is a significant factor in the excellent coating of room temperature zinc plating Z.R.C. Furthermore, within the coating of room temperature zinc plating Z.R.C., a high-end special proprietary binder, which is also a crystallization of years of technology, fills the slight spaces between the small and large zinc particles without any gaps. 【Features】 ■ By strongly reinforcing both small and large zinc particles, it maintains heat resistance, adhesion, strength, etc., for a long time, preventing general-purpose products from competing. ■ The total surface area of the small and large zinc particles is overwhelmingly vast compared to general-purpose products. ■ Within the room temperature zinc plating Z.R.C. coating, intermittent electrical conduction occurs, maintaining exceptional rust resistance that can withstand harsh environments for extended periods. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Coating Plating "Room Temperature Zinc Plating ZRC Method" <Case Studies Provided>

There is a proven track record of maintaining rust prevention effects for over 19 years since construction on bridges. This reduces lifecycle costs.

The "Room Temperature Zinc Coating ZRC Method" is a technique used to protect steel members, such as large structures, thin sheet products, and bridge girders, from rust where hot-dip galvanizing is difficult to apply. By applying a one-component liquid mixture called "ZRC," which contains 95% high-concentration zinc in a dry film with a thickness of 81μm or more, it exhibits rust prevention equivalent to hot-dip galvanizing (JIS H8641 HDZT77). The effectiveness can be maintained over a long period, and in a survey conducted in November 2022 on a part of the Kamoike Ohashi Bridge in Yokohama City, which opened in October 2003 (underneath the floor slab and stairs), there was no peeling or rust formation, maintaining a state that has not required repairs for over 19 years. **Features of the Room Temperature Zinc Coating ZRC Method:** - No immersion in a zinc plating bath is required, allowing for application to large components in factories or on-site. - Since it is applied at room temperature, it can be used on thin products that may warp due to high-temperature processing. - Corrosion resistance performance equivalent to hot-dip galvanizing has been confirmed through outdoor exposure tests (5 years in Miyako Island). - Long-term durability is achieved through electrical conductivity within the coating. Repairs, renovations, and re-coating are also easy. - Free design options are possible with the use of dedicated topcoats in colors like red and blue. ★ Case study materials can be viewed from the "PDF Download."

"Achieving various surface finishes" Facade Surface on Z.R.C.

We will specify the customer's design requests and realize the design that is needed!

The "Facade Surface on Z.R.C." is a system that applies ZRC as a base for steel materials and treats them for rust prevention, followed by multi-layer patterned coating using a room temperature curing fluororesin paint, achieving various surface finishes such as zinc phosphate treatment-like finishes. We materialize the design requests from our customers and realize the designs they need. Please feel free to contact us when you need our services. 【Coating Samples】 ■ Series No.1 Black Top - Assuming a zinc phosphate treatment-like finish ■ Series No.2 White Top - Various variations can be created by changing the pigments of the intermediate and topcoats. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Coating Plating "Room Temperature Zinc Plating ZRC Method" <Presenting Consultation Resolution Cases>

Adopted by architectural and design offices as well as general contractors. A method capable of rust prevention for large and complex-shaped steel structures that are difficult to hot-dip galvanized.

The "Room Temperature Zinc Coating ZRC Method" is a technique for protecting steel components, such as large structures, thin sheet products, and bridge girders, that cannot undergo hot-dip galvanizing from rust. By applying a one-component liquid mixture called "ZRC," which contains 95% high-concentration zinc, with an average dry film thickness of 81μm or more, it exhibits rust prevention performance equivalent to hot-dip galvanizing (JIS H8641 HDZ55). There is a wealth of adoption records in major organizational design offices and atelier-style design offices. The ZRC method will solve the concerns of architects and designers. 【Features】 ■ No immersion in a zinc plating bath is required, allowing for application to large components in factories or on-site. ■ Since it is applied at room temperature, it can be used on thin products that may warp due to high-temperature processing. ■ Corrosion resistance performance equivalent to hot-dip galvanizing has been recognized through outdoor exposure corrosion resistance tests (5 years in Miyako Island). ■ Long-term durability is achieved through electrical conductivity within the coating. Repair, renovation, and re-coating are also easy. ■ Free design options are possible with the use of specialized topcoats in colors like red and blue. ★ Currently, we are offering materials that introduce product catalogs and case studies for consultation solutions.
